German translation incorrect

In the Settings - Reminders area it says in German: Last reminder will be triggered at 3 p.m.. What would be correct would be a New Reminder or Next Reminder that is triggered at 3 p.m. It should be displayed when the next reminder will occur. The current translation says: The last reminder will be triggered at 3 p.m. How can something be triggered that is already in the past?

It should be displayed when the next reminder is triggered. In the current translation it says: The last reminder is triggered at 15.00. How can something be triggered that is already in the past?
